Terms & Conditions
PAYMENTS
A 50% EFT deposit is needed to secure a place on a course. The balance of payment is payable a week before the course commences.
Payment can be made by EFT, credit card, payment link or Paypal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the student;
More than two weeks prior to the starting date of the course will be entitled to a full refund.
More than one week prior to the starting date of the course will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Shorter notice will not be entitled to a refund.
Fees will be refunded in total should a course need to be canceled by the school.
GENERAL
Courses are taught in English.
Students who miss a module on classroom taught courses, can catch up at no charge, the next time the lesson is presented, providing there is sufficient place on the course.
Students who miss a module on online taught courses can catch up with a class recording.

TUTORIAL VIDEOS
Videos used for online course instruction will be made available to students via a URL and password. Passwords are not to be shared and are randomly changed for security purposes. Students who have completed a course can request access to the password at any time.
​
Class recordings on one-to-one private tuition will be able to download the video for their own private use.
